• A link to international students

Our international aim is to offer services to our sections that they can provide to the students they represent. Our sections aim to provide a smooth transition and integration into the host country for these students by proposing various activities and offering services for their period of study abroad.

• A new image for your company

Being a partner of ESN demonstrates your involvement in the future of Europe and in the youth of Europe. Supporting ESN expresses belief in the potential of young people and the added value they bring after a successful mobility period. Providing financial, professional or tangible support for the daily activities of a volunteer student organisation creates a positive public image for your company and brings social recognition and long-term professional reputation for your brand.

• Offer unique services to our members

The ESNcard project, launched in 2004, aims to create an international student card for all exchange students and ESN volunteers. The ESNcard gives students the possibility to benefit from partnerships, offers and discounts on the local, national and international level.

In 2012, ESN created a website for all ESNcard holders and students to access discounts and deals offered by ESN partners. ESNcard.org gathers almost 2,000 discounts from international, national and local deals around Europe.

In 2016, there were 140,000 ESNcards distributed to students around Europe. The ESNcard is used by over 500 ESN sections in 40 countries. The website is also a membership database for ESNcard holders. You can see the website at the following address: ESNcard.org.

What do we look for in a partner?

ESN is looking for partners that are international in outlook, scope and operations. We want to cooperate with companies and organisations that see value in international, multicultural and multilingual teams working together. We are also looking for partners that wish to support ESN’s work and thus international mobility, educational exchange and intercultural dialogue.

Successful partnerships

Since 2012, ESN has been successfully cooperating with different partners, such as StudentUniverse, offering discounted rates for students from major airlines; Uniplaces, offering accommodation with a special promotion in over 30,000 rooms; and Hostelling International, providing discounts in hotels around the world.

We also work with HotelsCombined, the world’s leading hotel comparison website; The Economist, which offers authoritative insight into global affairs; Ultimate Ears, a custom in-ear monitor and speaker manufacturer; Jnuine, a mobile app supporting international students' memories; and Logitech, a leader in tools for digital experiences.
